Entrepreneur Stephen J Bailey is a board member for LWRT and will participate on the Men’s Empowerment Panel . He is the Founder and CEO of Bailey Contracting Services, LLC. He is involved with several other Organizations. Being an Advocate and Consultant for Businesses Globally, his main concentration or ambition is developing Minority and Women Owned Veteran and Services Disabled Businesses both here and abroad.
Mr. Bailey has successfully used his 20 plus years in Business to Grow, Advise, and participated in the growth of Businesses around the world. Through his expertise of meeting the criteria of Major Corporations, he is well versed in helping others to grow their businesses. Minority and Woman Owned Veteran and Service Disabled Businesses have found Mr. Bailey a value to their organizations.
Mr. Bailey is also involved in many communities around the country through his position as Founder Member of Top Flight LLC and Top Flight Foundation, INC. a 501 C (3) Non-Profit. He is also a Liaison for Veterans Entrepreneurs Development Initiatives Another Not – For – Profit Organization Head Quartered in New York City.

He has a passion for seeing others succeed in reaching their growth potential. Some of his Educational Accomplishments are derived from his attendance at Indiana University where he studied Bus. Admin. Minoring in Pre-Law. He has also attended University of Wisconsin Minority Executive Program, Tuck School of Business Minority Advanced Program and Kellogg at Northwestern University.
Mr. Bailey served in the US Air Force where he was involved with the protection of the Western part of the US as a ground base radar operator.
He is often approached for his solution to companies trying to break the barrier of growing their businesses. He is the proud father to 2 children and 4 grand.
He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Unique Corvettes of Atlanta Inc. You can find him most Sunday’s singing with the Male Chorus and Quartet in his church.
